Help for err msg of outlook2000!

My client use outlook2000 on her win98 workstation.
When I open her outlook to check E-mail, there is a error
message pop-up: this is illigale runnig wont let me open
outlook, so I can not check the e-mail.
Does anybody can tell me how to fix this problrm, and
check e-mail.

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. Due to
the SWEN virus, all mail sent to my personal account will be deleted
without reading.

After searching google.groups.com and finding no answer, Danny asked:
