***HELP!---Export Report to Adobe format (pdf)***

I have several reports I am generating that management would like to have in
pdf format. It is easiest for me to create the reports in Access, large
datasets, and then convert the reports to pdf format.

I am on a Win00Pro machine using Access 2000. May upgrade soon to WinXP and
Access 2003, so if the process is different please specify for each setup.

I have seen this done before, but have not clue how to accomplish it.

By the way, I'm not very familiar with VB so if there is any way to do it
without VB it would be better for me. However, beggers can't be choosers, so
if VB is the only way hit me with it.

Thanks for the assist.

Current versions of Access can't create PDF files by themselves. You
need to install third-party PDF-writing software on the computer. This
normally presents itself as a printer driver, so all you have to do to
convert a report to PDF is to "print" it in the usual way to the PDF
driver.

The software ranges from free (e.g. CutePDF) to expensive (e.g. Adobe
Acrobat).
