Help Explorer Dosen't Load Correct When I Restart.

Hi I have windows XP sp2. everytime i restart or turn my computer on, i
get just my wallpaper. nothing else comes up no taskbar no icons. i do
ctrl+alt+del and end explorer then run it again and my desktop loads
up. any help please i've tried everything.

Have you done a thorough scan for malware?
