Help does not help

My "Help" does not work. Be it IE,Mail, or just Help & Support from the
Vista "Start Button". I get an error message saying:
Internet Explorer cannon download from /help

IE was not able to open this site. The requested site is either
unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later.

Does Vista not offer any help functions?

Not my solution... I read it here first.
Even if you don't have a problem it's worth keeping half an eye on this
group
to learn stuff and be ready should events conspire.
