Help design a form in access

Hi everyone,
I get several emails, requesitions by email, that i would
like to simplify their work, their petition. Then i've
design a form on outlook with several combo box to make
them not only fill data in it but also not choose anything
else. It's working fine ... almost fine, cose it doesn't
show in preview pane (MS outlook 2002) and it can't be
opened in yahoo mail or hotmail.
My question is : can i do it in MS Access and get the
result i want? Can be viewed in preview pane and in
Hotmail/yahoo mail? Also, it would help if i could (later)
save it in a ms database. The idea it is to use this email
form like a stationary or a form in outlook.

Only Outlook forms can be used or displayed in Outlook and any Outlook
form with code in it cannot be displayed in the preview pane. An
Access form could only be used with code and Outlook automation to
place information into Outlook, it couldn't be emailed or used
directly in Outlook.
