Help! Dell laptop and windows xp won't come on.

Windows XP won't start up, says unmountable_boot_volume Please help with any
suggestions. Thank You in advance for your help.

Maybe the hd has failed?
Visit the hd manu.site and download their checking utility, follow
instructions
