Error code 0x82366900

My laptop model # PP08L Dell Inspirion 5160. The computer starts and the
Windows XP logo comes out but the computer then goes into a blue screen
stating "UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME" and it throws me the following codes...
STOP: 0x000000ED (0x82366900, 0xC0000006, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) This is
actually my GF's and I'm trying to see what I could to fix it? Can someone
please help me out. I have been on the Microsoft website and this error is
addressed but the functions the websites talks about don't come up on the
laptop..some assistance would very helpful. Thank you
