HELP - deleted unread mail folder!!!

Am new to outlook 2003 - could not find my incoming mail in my inbox - didnt
know it was in unread mail folder and accidentally deleted it!!! Anyway to
find those messages?

Look in deleted items - as I replied in your other post, unread messages
isn't a folder, it's a view - and you ultimately deleted the item from your
inbox, it sounds like.
