HELP!!! Cursor jumping around screen on its own

My cursor is jumping around on the screen on its own, and any screen that has
multiple buttons has the highlighted one jumping next to next (as if I were
hitting the tab button). Just witing this message was a challenge! I've
scanned for a virus, run Spybot, ad-aware, reg healer, and nothing has helped.

Any ideas?

Open mouse properties and click on motion deselect option for smart move it
causess curser to automaticly jump to highlighted buttons. I hope this
helps..
