Help - CIA client can't open applications published in Win2000 TS

OS: win2000 TS SP4
Citrix: Metaframe 1.8 SP4 in a farm

Not sure when this was started due to farm configuration, but it was identified recently.

Citrix clients get an error message said that " "(application name)" failed to start. The Citrix server is unable to process your request to start this published application at this time. Please try again later. ...." when user tried to run applications. Client passed the authentication and login script processes even it took more than 2 minutes, then this error came. Looked from server side and the client session was idling ...

Any help regarding this will be greatly appreciated!

There is no change other than SP4 that was installed back in Aug. or so. As mentioned, it was a member of farm so this problem was not noticed until recently. Currently, this one is isolated from farm.

We have tried to connect with different privileges and nothing help. It has McAfee installed and we have disabled it as other suggested but it does not help neither. Also, the DNS was running in same server as DCs -- (ref. to one of the responds in this group).

Do all the other servers in the farms work correctly with
SP4 installed?

There were a bunch of Post-SP4 Citrix related hotfixes
from Microsoft that you might want to look into...

Yes, other server works fine -- exc. other servers have newer hardware.
