Clicking doesn't bring up the browser and clicking any links in an email
brings up Maxthon instead of IE6

running OL 2003 with WinXP SP2 and all recent updates

Under Set Program Access, have tried changing to MS and custom but still
does not work
 
Make sure Internet Explorer is set as the default browser and try again;
Control Panel-> Internet Options
