Help centre does not open

When I open help and support from the start menu it does
not open. With a sound scheme I was a ble to determine
that it opens and then suddenly closes (I hear the close
program sound effect) without displaying anything.

Does anyone have an idea how to fix this?

Go to Start/Run and type in: helpctr -regserver

with regards/

ssg/pronetworks.org
