HELP! Can't Uninstall Software...

I just installed a video tuner card, Leadtek 2000 deluxe, Everything was
working fine until I decided to install ulead videostudio 7 se, I lost sound
on my pvr playback. So I uninstalled videostudio that did not fix the
problem so I tried to uninstall Winfast PVR and I got an error msg. that
said "Setup failed to Launch installation engine error loading type
library/DLL"

How do I start over and get my Winfast PVR working again?

Any help greatly appreciated

In these situations a good first step is to close all running tasks except
explorer.exe within Windows Task Manager (Press CTRL + ALT + DEL or CTRL +
SHIFT + ESC to view Windows Task Manager) and also delete all files and
folders within c:\windows\temp before attempting to uninstall the offending
program (Winfast PVR in this case).

1) Delete the contents of the C:\windows\temp folder, there may be a
file in there interfering with the setup routine of the installer.

2) Turn off all other running programs, especially your antivirus
software. Use ctrl+alt+delete, if necessary, to "end task" on everything
except Explorer.

If you're using Win XP you can try useing system restore to a date before
you made the changes.

I've tried everything including using msconfig selective startup, safemode,
system restore and deleting running processes in task manager which I found
you cannot delete many running processes without screwing up windows.
