HELP! CAN'T TAKE IT ANYMORE! I/O ERROR

I keep getting this error and I can't take it anymore I
want it to stop. Please SOMEONE help me with this, I
can't figure out how to fix this:

Windows-Device Timeout

The specified I/O operation on \Device\Harddisk\DR0 was
not completed before the time-out period expired.

Options are: Cancel, Try Again, Continue

No matter what I choose it still comes up seconds later.
I can't take this anymore.

You might try downloading the hard disk manufacturer's tools disk and trying
to run their diagnostic on the disk. Visit the manufacturer's web site,
download their tools, make note of their instructions for what to do and
then run their diagnostic. There tools are far more robust and thorough
than XP's tools and might find a problem with the hard drive in which case,
you need to replace the drive.
