HELP!!!! Cant Install my printer software!!

Have a HP Photosmart 8450 and trying to install the software. Error message
reads: Error 1904. Module C:\WINDOWS\System32\msxml4.dll failed to register
HRESULT-2147024891
WHAT THE "TARNATION" IS THAT JETHRO?????? Can anyone please help? The
pressure is on from my kids......please relieve me!!! Much thanks!
