Help - Can't get the screen resolution to stay

I have three User Accounts on my computer. Whenever I access my main one, the
resolution drops to a huge 800 x 600 so I can't see a lot of what I should.
I have tried changing the setting in Control Panel, Applying it and
restarting the computer but when I go into that User Account, the old
resolution is still there.

I suspect it had something to do with loading Dragon Naturally Speaking or
Oympus DSS player software.

Is there a file somewhere that controls the settings for the User Accounts?
If so, how do you access it?

I am on Windows XP.

Download then merge this edit, reboot.
Save Settings on Exit (Line 54 - right hand side):
