Help cant get Aero to work

Everytime i click on switch between windows this box with all the windows
that are open comes up. Not the 3d files. Does anyone know how i can fix this
so that when i click it the 3d files show up
 
What version of Vista do you have?

What is your Windows Experience score?

You do not get the full Aero experience in Windows Vista Home Basic, so if
you're running Windows Vista Home Basic, that's why. You do not get Aero
with transparencies, Flip3D, or live thumbnail previews. If that's not the
issue, perhaps you have a video card that is not capable of running Aero.
