HELP: Cannot uninstall SWAT 4

I am using Win XP SP2 with 2gb RAM with Nvidia GeForce 7300 display card.
I installed the game SWAT 4 recently. As the game wasn't good, I try to
uninstall it using the game's Uninstall utility The Uninstall process
started but soon aborts . I try using Control Panel to uninstall it from
there. But same problem. The pesky program refused to be uninstalled!

Please help as the game occupies lots of valuable real estate on my hard
disk.

Reinstall to the same folder and try the removal again. Or simply
delete its folder to free up that space.
