Help: cannot see any headers

Everything had been working ok until abt a week ago. Now I cannot see any NG
headers or messages no matter what View I select including Show All
Messages.

Email works ok, connection with NG is ok and headers are being downloaded
(that's my setting) and each NG shows a substantial total, but there nothing
shows, there are non visible headers in the subject field. Clicking in the
'blank' field produces
nothing.

Any ideas what's wrong and what to do to fix it?
I'm using a different pc to send this.
Using Outlook Express 6.00.2800.1123 regularly updated.
