HELP! Cannot open my own DB

I have just about finished an access aplication in Access 2000. I joined
another workgroup, and after having changed the setting back to what it was,
I can no longer get into the database. Using the same username as before, I
now am told that I don't ahve permission to access the database and should
contact my system administrator.

Does ahyone know how to get into this mdb file?

you need to connect back to the other mdw & change owner of all objects to
the admin user
then u can use a standard mdw
