Help booting from the CD

I have a pc that was bought at a garage sale and it is trying to boot from a
domain. I want to insert my xp disc in and have the pc boot from there and
reinstall windows xp. I have an IBM and am having problems figuring out to
change the boot sequence. Any help is appreciated.

First - if your Windows XP CD/License is already used elsewhere - you'll
need another copy/license.
Second - get into the BIOS and set the proper boot sequence. Usually it
tells you how at startup of the machine. You might have to press esc to get
past any logo displays.
