Help before I get thrown on the street.

Not to sound sappy but I, like so many other business
professionals, was laid off a few months ago and things
are so tight I save my bath water....:)

About this Registry thing: I just convinced an antiques
dealer to use me to put here inventory on-line and do some
marketing for her store. The first day on the job I go to
get her three workstation network preped for the job I was
about to do. First thing I did was download the critical
updates, recommended updates, and the
drivers................KMODE EXCEPTION NOT HANDLED
NTOSKRNL.EXE 80518ebb80400000 384d5876-ntoskrnl.exe
and the rest is history. No internet, no nothing as of
now. I have no knowledge of Registry work and her
computer/server has no back up or system recovery cd.

Do I pay her for the damages and go home or is there
someone who can give me fairly detailed step by step "fix"?

Thanks for anyone's help.
Chris
