Help at Command Prompt

I am working with a problem as described in this KB article. However I keep
getting and "Access Denied" message. It never prompts me for credentials. And
I am not sure of the syntax to enter. The computer is part of a domain.
 
I am not sure of your starting point?

Access denied - Usually meaning the file has a attribute on it *TIP* if
you need to delete the file just deltree FILE
