HELP ASAP - I'm Admin but I can not write on my drive

Hi anybody, I'm connected to a 4 PCs network, I have
admin rights but I can not copy or move files. I can not
even run the scandisk or move an icon (not copying, just
moving somewhere else on the folder). I did not
installed, unistalled or change anything from the PC It
just happened. Something strange is that other users can
do whatever they want (copying, moving, etc.) Does
anybody know how to solve it? I need help ASAP.
