help and support

after clicking on help and support the program starts
(can see helpctr.exe running in taskmanager processes)
nothing appears on screen then program quits with no
appearance. Any Ideas ??

Perhaps Kelly's link will come up with something. Click below, then on
"H" and scroll down to the extensive HELP info.
