help and support

when i click the help and support icon in the start menu
nothing is displayed. This is also causing Word and Excel
help not to funtion correctly. When I use the support in
Excel i can type in my question and it comes up "page not
found" as if it was looking on the internet. I have a
broadband connection so I am always connected anyway.
