On my windows XP home edition when i go to help and
support and click the index tab I get nothing. A box with
some small icon in it. When I right click the icon then
click properties it says that it's non encrypted and a
unknown protocol. What is the problem. Also when i am in
search when you come to the bottom of explination there is
the "related topics" that you can click on. When i do
nothing happens except a little icon with the word notes
next to it. If i click "related topics" more than once the
little icon with the word note comes up for every click.
So if i click it 3 times, 3 icons and 3 words saying note
will appear. What is the problem? why can't i get the
index?
