help and support

i go into help and support but does not diplay the pages i want to get into.
It shows errors .Can not open page. Please advise me how to get this back
into opperation will be appreciated. Thank you'

Is the Help and Support service running? Got to the Control Panel ->
Administrative Tools -> Services. Double click "Help and Support", set
startup type to automatic and click Start.
