When I open up "Help and Support" I am unable to free up disk space or
defragment. I downloaded the updated driver and still no luck. I have many
boxes with x in them and keep getting a message that says I need to check my
network connection or try a different page. I'm only a novice with omputers
but I've always been able to defrag and clean up disk space by using the Help
and Support section. What am I doing wrong. Thanks
