Help and Support unavailable

Hi everyone!!

I am having the troubles with accessing Windows Help and Support. Every
time I choose Help and Support from Start menu I keep receiving following
message:
"Internet Explorer cannot download / from help.

Internet Explorer was not able to open this internet site. The requested
site is either unavailable or cannot be found. Please try again later."

My internet connection is working properly. And its happened on the first
day I got laptop. It worked fine for some time but all this happened.
Its driving me nuts.
Is anyone now what cause this
 
Cheers mate! You were right I do Have Macromedia Studio.
