I have a new Dell Inspiron 600m notebook and it is good in everything but
one, the Microsoft Help and Support. It won't boot up. I don't know if the
computer logic board is bad, causing this problem or not. Whatever, I have
tried several things which include checking the system to repair it but I
get the message that it doesn't need repairing. I have tried 3 hard drives,
both sent by Dell; I've tried reinstalling the XP, drivers, and
applications. Still no help and support. Any other things I could try to do?
