Help and support not working....

I know this has been covered in previous posts, but none of the fixes seem to
work for me. As others have found, when I try to run help and support from
the start menu, I get an hourglass for a few seconds, then nothing happens.
The help service is running and it is also in the registry too. This is
driving me mad, as none of the help menu's run on other programs either!!!!!
