Everyone does not say it is a big piece of #*%&. You have something else on
your system causing your problem.
Get rid of all your garbage then install IE7.

Hi stephen,

Please try these:
1. Check and modify the registry:
a. Click Start, click Run, type Regedit, and then click OK.
b. Locate the following registry subkey:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App
Paths\HELPCTR.EXE

If this registry subkey does not exist, right-click the following
registry subkey, click New, click Key, type HELPCTR.EXE, and then
press ENTER:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App
Paths
c. In the left pane, click HELPCTR.EXE, in the right pane, right-
click (Default), click Modify, in the Value data box, type C:\WINDOWS
\PCHealth\HelpCtr\Binaries\HelpCtr.exe, and then click OK.
d. Quit Registry Editor, and then restart your computer.

2.Run the following command:

regsvr32 msxml3.dll

If these two method cannot fix your problem, please tell us what error
meesage you got?
