Help and Support Center Not Working

I recently had to reinstall XP Home Edition after my hard disk died.
Since then, none of the links in Help and Support Center work any longer
(for example, "related topics"), and there is no Index information when
I click on "Index". Can anyone give me a clue? Thanks for any help or
suggestions.
