Help and Support Index

I can open help and support, but when I click on "index",
the box comes up with a red x and nothing else. Contents
works. I've used the index before, but I don't know what
happened. Can someone help me? Thanks.
 
Try downloading Q811630 from Windows Update site and reinstalling it
