Help and Support gone

I am now unable to open Help and Support from the Start menu.

It used to work. Don't know what happened.
I looked at KB library but couldn't find anything on not being able to open the help and support center.

Any help is appreciated.

To reinstall Help and Support: Go to
C:\Windows\inf\pchealth.inf. Right click and choose
install. Have your CD handy.

This is a hidden folder: Go to Start/Run and type
in: control folders. View: Show hidden files and
folders and uncheck Hide extensions for known file types

Last, go to Start/Run and type in: helpctr - regserver
