Help and support error

When I click <Help and Support center> from help menu, it give the following
error.


Windows cannot open Help and Support because a system service is not
running.

To fix this problem, start the service named 'Help and Support'.


Is there any help ?

Click Start->Run and enter "services.msc". In the services listed on the
right, find "Help and Support". Double click. In the general tab, select
"Automatic" for startup type and click the Start button below Service
Status. That should get you going.
