Help and Support Center

When I click on Help and Support Center in the Start menu,
nothing happens. Is there another way to start it other
than the shortcut on the Start menu?

Is there some other way to access the Help and Support Center?

Hi Jerry
I would like to know if you are allowing the page adiquate
time to load? I find trying to access this feature takes a
little longer than some of the others to open.
