Justify paragraph but center last line

Is there a way to fully justify a paragraph yet have the last line centered?

I want it to look like this :

xxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxx
xxxxxxxxxxxx
........xxxx.......

That's a very good question! There's no way I know of to have a paragraph that is both justified and centred in Microsoft Word. You can fudge it by manually inserting tabs / spaces to centre the last line, but other than that you would have to code something in VBA.
