My help and support gives me the following message evrytime I try to do any diagostic
"the page you are trying to view cannot be displayed" whats gone wrong it used to work?

Start/run and type in: helpctr -regserver or to totally reinstall help
and support, assuming you installed to C:
Make hidden folders visible first and then go to
C:\windows\inf\pchealth.inf right-click and choose install. You will
need the XP cd.
