Help and Support For Default Browser?

I go to Help and Support
In Search (upper left) I typ in "default browswer"
I pick a task: "change the default internet search service" and here are
the instructions:
Click Start
Click Search
Click Change Preferences-----I don't see this listed
Try this yourself: (am I doing something wrong, or are the instruction
incorrect)
 
Change preferences is listed under "You also may want to do.." heading, just
bellow "Information in help and support center".
 
The "Change Preferences" button is under the "You also may want to..."
heading, which is just under "Information in Help and Support Center"
