help and support doesn't work

I have a windows xp and when I try to use the help and support section it does not work. I had to recently do a system recovery and it still doesn't work. What do I do now?

Is the "Help and Support" service set to "Disabled"? Set it to "Manual"
or "Automatic," doesn't really matter which one you choose.
