"Help and Support does not work"

Neil

Last week I have upgraded my Windows Me to Windows XP
Professional (SP1). When I click "Help and support"
nothing happens. Contacted Microsoft technician for help.
They tried with restarting with help service. I got error
126 (module could not be found). Even after reinstalling
(repair mode) also my "Help and support" does not work.
Please help.
