Help and Support/Data Execution Prevention

I have Vista Home Premium. Every time I run Help and Support, then run a
search within it, I get an error window saying that "Help and support has
stopped working." The error message is below. In the system tray, the Data
Execution Prevention icon pops up as the culprit. I tried to turn off DEP
for Help and Support, but can't find helppane.exe on my hard drive. Any
thoughts on how to fix this?

Jeff

The error message is the following:

thanks for your thoughts
ran the sfc, but still got the same results afterwards
I wouldn't mind turning off DEP just for Help (helppane, I assume), but I
can't find the file "helppane.exe" on the computer
How do I turn off DEP for all files?

Thanks--I was able to do all of that, but I still have the problem w/ DEP.
Any other ideas?

I turned it off and I can't get it to turn back on. I did the command line
exactly as listed and it will not come back on. DEP options are all grayed
out. Was there some type of change or update since this post that could
prevent this command from turning DEP back on please?

Thank you,
Sharolyn
