Help and support always defaults to disbled

I change the service to automatic and it starts, but every time I reboot it
defaults back to disabled. What is causing this and how to I ensure that it
will be always enabled?

Are you selecting auto in services.msc If so,try at start-up,tap the F8 key,
select safe-mode with networking,enter as ADM.,see if the service runs,if so,
create another user account,start as new user,see if it runs.If so,youre user
account is corrupt,delete it and create a new one.
