Default number format in Excel

I have one excel workbook and always changes number become a date, I think its about default cell number contents. How to changes it become normal as when I enter 0 a cell content is 0 not 0/0/0 as does now.

Welcome to the forum :)

Excel shouldn't change numbers to dates by default, are you working with an old / existing spreadsheet? Click on one of the cells to see the format (displayed in the ribbon under the 'Number' section):

If it is set to Date then change it to General or Number. You can do this to multiple cells at the same time by selecting them and then making the changes. You can also right click on the selected cell(s) and then selecting 'Format cells...' for more options.
