HELP - After message sent, the "To" button still displays "To" instead of "From"

After message sent, the "To" button still displays "To" instead of
"From". What could be causing this? Outlook 2000 with a custom form
message. When it is opened, it's almost like it's in reply state or
something. It's where you can actually key in stuff.

Sounds like you removed the separation between read and compose layouts as part of your form, in which case Outlook is doing exactly what it was told -- displaying the same layout regardless of the message state.
