Headings missing when printing an email

I am having problems with a few emails when printing them out. The email
heading detail fields are missing. We are connected to an exchange server to
manage the emails, we utilize the folder sharing feature within the office.
This happens daily; however, random within the emails themselves.

I am having the same problem with my bosses computer. I have been trying to
find a solution for about three weeks now. Everything I try works for a day
or two but then it goes back to not printing any headers. It is very
frustrating. Any suggestions anyone has would be greatly appretiated since I
am at a loss as to how to fix it.
