Heading info missing when printing email

Hi,

Outlook 2003. When I print an email now (HTML email) I don't seem to get the
usual headings up the top of the page, that is where it says the account,
then a horiz line, then From:, Sent:, To:, Subject. This is using the "Memo"
style. However this is not an HTML issue, as some HTML messages I receive
print all that info out okay. The even weirder thing is that it only happens
to some emails, not all, but is consistent with each individual email, that
is it always does it for a particular email.

I'm sure, I think, it awlays used to print them, but has now stopped. I
cannot recall changing any settings. If I go into the Memo style settings and
add headers etc. they come up, but not in the same way, they're just ordinary
old headers, not the usual Outlook ones, if you know what I mean.

Any ideas?

I found a solution: click on Format, you'll see Send Pictures from the
Internet is checked. Uncheck this, it should default check to HTML. This
will fix the problem. Some setting must have changed. No explanation.
Cheers!

If you have recently installed IE7 this is a common problem that is
being seen. It does not occur on all emails, only certain ones. The
work around that I found is to forward the email to yourself and then
the missing header information is put back into the printed email.

Yes I have installed IE7, thank you, at least I know not to bother about
trying to fix my settings!
