Headers

Check the box for "Different first page" either on the Layout tab of Page
Setup (all versions) or in the Header & Footer Tools | Design tab (Word
2007) and put your header in the First Page Header.

Use the Page Setup dialog>Layout>Different First Page setting or place a
conditional field in your header {If {Page} = 1 "Your header text"""}

How do i create a header that displays and prints on the first page
only??
